About the Author
William Brown was born in Ireland. He studied theology and Biblical studies at Trinity College Dublin, did a Master’s at Oxford University, and a PhD at Edinburgh University before deciding the academic life wasn’t for him (though he retains the right to occasionally snipe from the sidelines as a reviewer for various academic journals). He now works as a freelance writer in London.
