SAN FRANCISCO--December 12th, 2014: Choice of Games announced today that "Psy High," the latest in their popular line of multiple-choice interactive-fiction games, is now available on iOS, Android, and, via the Chrome Web Store, Windows, OS X, and Linux.
When the kids at your high school start developing psychic powers, you and your friends must team up to stop the principal from taking over the world!
"Psy High" is an interactive teen supernatural mystery novel by Rebecca Slitt, where your choices control the story. It's entirely text-based--without graphics or sound effects--and fueled by the vast, unstoppable power of your imagination.
For example, suppose today's the day of a big exam for which you haven't prepared. What will you do?
A) Cheat on the exam using my psychic powers.
B) Cheat on the exam and try to get caught, so I can go to the principal's secret detention room.
C) Just take the exam and see what happens. Pass or fail, I'm going to do it honestly.
Play as male or female; gay, straight, or bi. Will you be a jock or a brain? Popular or ignored? Use your psychic powers to help others, or to take what you want. Win a coveted scholarship, star in the Drama Club play - or lose it all and spend your senior year in juvenile detention. How much are you willing to sacrifice to get ahead in the world?
Can you solve the case? Can you save the school? And most importantly, can you find a date to the prom?

About the Author
Rebecca Slitt is an academic-turned-game writer and editor who joined Choice of Games in 2013. In addition to several articles on medieval friendship, she's written on history and gender in IF, and contributed to the forthcoming TimeWatch RPG. She lives in New England.
"My inspirations for Psy High were Veronica Mars and Buffy the Vampire Slayer", said Rebecca Slitt, author of Psy High. "I love the way Buffy talks about real teen issues through supernatural metaphors. The girl who's ignored actually turns invisible; the school bullies are literally a pack of hyenas. But even as the situations become more and more extreme, the emotions remain authentic. That's what I wanted to do with Psy High, except with a fuzzier line between good and evil."
