About the Author

Paolo Chikiamco is a Filipino writer of comics, prose, and interactive fiction. Paolo's fiction has been published in venues such as Scheherazade's Façade, Philippine Genre Stories, Steampunk III: Steampunk Revolution, Lauriat, and the Philippine Speculative Fiction series. His comics work includes the steampunk alternative history High Society, and Mythspace, which re-imagines the monsters of Philippine mythology as aliens, in a galaxy-spanning space opera. Paolo is also an editor and blogger: he runs Rocket Kapre, an imprint and blog dedicated to works of the fantastic by Filipino authors. He co-edited Kwentillion Magazine and is the editor of Alternative Alamat.
