About the Author
Growing up near Phoenix, Arizona, Tyler enjoyed playing basketball, singing in the school choir, and writing anything from essays to rap lyrics. His primary career is in academia, but he continues participation in the passions from his childhood; he plays intramural basketball, sings in the shower, and continues to write science fiction (unfortunately, he retired from rap). As a science fiction writer, Tyler enjoys bringing unique perspectives to traditional ideas.
